I am a PhD student working on the biocontrol of Salmonella enterica contamination in food industry. I am foccusing on the use of bacteriophages, that are good candidates because of their capacity of evolution. I am studying the mecanisms of evolution thanks to sequencing. I am also interested in studying the adsorption of bacteriophages on bacterial receptors, with the aim of developing a cocktail with different bacteriophages.
