Flow cytometry

Flow cytometry allows the characterization of isolated cells in a liquid medium. Laser analysis provides qualitative and quantitative data on cellular properties (size, cellular complexity) and on fluorescence signal produced following specific staining of cellular targets or when cells express fluorochromes.

We assess in vitro plasmidic transfection efficiency throught GFP and/or mCherry expression analysis.

We perform our flow cytometry analysis on the MRI-IGMM (CNRS) facility, managed by Myriam Boyer-Clavel.
