Postdoctoral researcher interested in understanding the codon usage bias impact of exogenous sequences on the host transcriptome and proteome. Harnessing of human cell lines transfected with disticnt synonymous verisons of a bacterial gene. Assessement of the dynamics of the consequences of the synonymous sequences on host expression (both at transcripts and proteins levels) and compensatory mechanisms monitored by experimental evolution. Arthur is involved in the CODOVIREVOL project.
