Researcher at the CNRS, Rémy is interested in the evolution of viruses infecting plants, insects and bacteria. He dedicates himself particularly to the study of phage’s evolution, through a collaboration with Jo-Ann Passmore (University of Cape-Town, South-Africa), Guillaume Martin (CNRS, ISEM, Montpellier, France) and Mireille Ansaldi (CNRS, Marseille, France). His projects assess phages participation into bacterial ecosystems of human genital tract and “evolution proof” bacteriophagic therapy.
